Job Responsibilities
1.French-speaking Market Strategy & Execution
- Support Mammotion in enhancing its brand influence in the French-speaking market and develop localized communication strategies.
- Assisted the headquarters marketing team in optimizing the localization of communication copy and materials for the French market, including the French official website, Amazon, social media, etc.
- Expanding Mammotion's brand partnerships in French-speaking regions, including but not limited to third-party brand collaborations, sponsorships, and television programs.
2.Event Strategy & Execution
- Assist in developing and executing event strategies across Europe (including trade shows, conferences, and customer salons) to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and foster engagement.
- Support end-to-end event planning, including logistics coordination, vendor communication, and post-event evaluation.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align events with regional business goals.
3.Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and regional relevance.
- Help manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing or communications experience, preferably with exposure to event management in the European market.
- Fluency in French and English is required (written and spoken). Additional European language skills are a plus.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the consumer electronics, robotics, or outdoor lifestyle sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Creative mindset with an interest in sustainability and technology.
