In Ditzingen, you will work on solutions related to bank cards and secure banking products. In Germany alone, around 145 million girocards (formerly EC cards) and credit cards are in circulation. This is the right place for you if you want to help expand business in the financial sector while developing and marketing new technologies—especially innovative card bodies and payment solutions. Your Mission

  • Lead strategic New Product Introduction (NPI) projects in the banking sector and provide software-related support for sales, customer service, and production
  • Implement technical customer requirements and organize projects while ensuring the highest data security standards
  • Manage local data preparation and coordinate centralized data processing for the site
  • Lead a team of 5 specialists to ensure effective collaboration
  • Support hands-on implementation on the shop floor when required
  • Conduct detailed root cause analyses and implement optimization measures in close collaboration with relevant departments


What We’re Looking For:

  • A completed technical degree with an IT background or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, proven leadership experience and professional project management experience in the banking environment
  • Ability to stay calm and maintain oversight in complex situations, with strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
