Account Manager
A fast-growing healthcare company is seeking a field-based Account Manager to lead the strategic distribution of its portfolio across the Berlin-Brandenburg region.
This is a primarily on-the-road role, requiring regular travel within the territory to meet diabetes specialists, clinics, pharmacies, and key stakeholders. The position combines strong commercial impact with patient-centered outcomes, offering the opportunity to build and nurture long-term partnerships in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and grow the diabetes care product portfolio across your assigned territory
- Proactively visit and develop relationships with specialist practices, clinics, pharmacies, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Conduct in-depth account analyses and implement tailored sales and development strategies
- Independently plan and manage territory activities, including customer visits, tour planning, budgeting, and CRM reporting
- Represent the company at regional and national congresses and professional events
About You:
- Degree in natural sciences, business, health sciences, or equivalent medical/pharmaceutical training
- Minimum 3 years' field sales experience in pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or diabetes care
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey clinical and economic value
- Analytical, commercially driven, and highly customer-focused
- Fluent in German and English
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region
