Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned vertical industry sales targets and quotas Develop and execute industry development plans; establish scalable, replicable industry business models; manage and administer account plans Build and maintain a robust partner network within the coal chemical industry Design and deploy industry-focused marketing initiatives Analyze customer requirements and deliver timely, tailored, and efficient solutions Ensure strict adherence to and compliant implementation of company policies Collaborate closely with line management to provide accurate, timely information and updates Maintain high standards of contract quality and track record of cash collection
Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in a relevant field Solid domain knowledge of the coal chemical industry; a bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred Excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude Strong cross-team and inter-departmental collaboration capabilities Proficient English reading and writing skills is preferred
