Position Information
Reporting to China Sr. Marketing Manager. The product manager will lead Chantecaille skincare product marketing management, and 360 consumer communication as well.
Position Responsibilities
- Identify market and consumer insights to drive brand awareness and grow pillar products & animate core catalogue with 360 marketing campaigns, to achieve brand business goal.
- Assist marketing manager to develop annual skincare launch plan, including but not limited to business objective, skincare product strategy, product concept, pricing .etc
- Initial and implement brand projects including but not limited to assortment, launch toolkits, competitive deep dives and on-time delivery with executional excellence
- Cooperate with cross-functional team e.g. Registration/Finance/Legal/Supply Chain .etc to process internal progress and deliver project on time.
- Assist marketing manager on monthly budget tracking and PO management.
- Responible for brand all product material projects e.g. samples/deluxe, GWP, giftbox, wrapping material etc.
Position Qualifications
- 4-6 years in brand marketing/ product marketing perspecive. Experience in the beauty industry, especially skincare category is a plus
- Product expertise, strong market and consumer insight
- Strong communication across all functions within the organization
- Experience managing agencies and third-party vendors
- Creative and communicative, curious and take initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision making
- Good oral and written English skills
