Reporting tothe Food service sales manager for Northern Eastern region, here are your mainresponsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing of Ajinomoto products (FrozenFoods and other Dry items in Benelux)
- Present and sell the products and services to currentand potential customers
- Identifying & analyze the needs of the clients andcore channels
- Make sales plan to achieve targets and KPI’s
- Establish relationship with contacts at strategic(target) accounts
- Acquire new accounts and ensure high impact sales toacquired customers
- Develop promotional mechanics & concepts with the(new) customer
- Build new Network connection in Mainstream FoodService
- Convince prospects of the added value of our products
- Strong Customer Relation Management
- Higher Educational level (minimum)
- Good communication skills, both verbally and written in Dutch and English (Japanese/Chinese is an advantage)
- Commercial experience in a similar function in Foodservice Wholesalebusiness is ideal. At least, experience in FMCG is required with affinity with (Asian) food
- Minimum 5 years experience in Account management sales(B-to-B, B-to-C)
- Ability to translate the business opportunities intothe portfolio of clients
- Knowledge of midrange and large accounts and able tointeract at customer management level
- The Key Account manager is competent in strategicaccount planning for target accounts
- Knowledge of and experience with salesprocesses/systems
- Motivation, enthusiasm, passion,involvement
- Hands on mentality
- Willing to travel inside area (80%travel – 20% (home) office)
