IT Administrator

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Administer IT infrastructure including Hyper-V clusters, Active Directory, and network devices

• Maintain and manage both software and hardware IT systems

• Provide 1st and 2nd level Helpdesk support to employees

• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including workstation setup and administration

• Ensure smooth operation of Office 365, telephony systems, and backup solutions

What You'll Need

• Qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent with professional experience

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Self-motivated with a structured, solution-oriented work approach

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Good English language proficiency
