About Our Business Intelligence Team
We’re building an E-Commerce Analytics SaaS solution enabling brands to make better informed decisions. This includes topics across marketing, logistics, sales and product management.
Our Business Intelligence unit is currently looking for a motivated Product Manager (f/m/d) to help us scale our software as a service reporting solution whilst working towards bridging the gap between business processes and business intelligence for our clients.
The position can either be part-time (min. 80%) or full-time and is located in Hamburg.
How would you spend your time if you join us?
- You own and drive the development of our products in our SaaS platform Catapult.
- You translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements and business opportunities.
- You analyze user behavior, prioritize features, and steer execution with Tech and BI.
- You lead product discovery, validate ideas, and ensure we solve the right problems.
- You coordinate releases and maintain clear product documentation.
- You build a deep understanding of ecommerce workflows and brand challenges.
- You bring several years of experience in digital product management, ideally in SaaS or analytics.
- You have strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- You have experience collaborating closely with engineering and BI teams.
- You have extensive ecommerce knowledge, ideally related to Amazon.
- You are skilled in requirement analysis and feature prioritization.
- You have a solid understanding of UX and data-driven decision making.
- You have a self-driven mindset, communicate clearly, and take ownership.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You ideally bring knowledge of SQL, BI, or data pipelines (bonus).
