We are looking for a Team Lead Process / Infra Verticals for Low-Voltage Motors (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics.

Your Future Role
- Shape the approach of our LV division towards key Process /Infrastructure Verticals
- Lead an international team of more than 10 Headcounts
- Governance role on Global Account Manager in Chemicals, W&WW, Metals, Fiber and Wind Energy located in European countries with the aim to increase Share of Wallet and collaboration with the global customers for all Innomotics divisions
- Steer Vertical Business Development Managers in Chemicals, O&G, Fiber, Metals, Marine, Cranes, Cement, W&WW, H2 and Heatpumps to enable an increase of LV business with top vertical customers
- Drive a key pillar of the LV division strategy by enabling the country organizations to be successful in their vertical initiatives
- Shape Sales Cooperations to allow business growth and customer access
- Support on vertical reporting incl. account & individual target setting
- Support major vertical customers and projects.
- Observe and analyze vertical market trends, competitors, Vertical Eco-System and product fit
- Established long-term business relationship, key account management and vertical market activities
- Effectively empower and coach your team with clear guidelines and directions.
- Cultivate a growth mindset in team
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in engineering or business
- 10+ years’ experience across different functions in sales, service or product management
- 3+ years’ experience of leading a team
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Strategic & structural thinking
- Strong customer orientation
- Good intercultural skills
- Strong communication & influencing skill
- Traveling needed time by time
- International Working experience will be a plus
- Account Management experience or Regional Sales experience will be a plus
- Fluent English & German is a must
- Compensation according to the applicable collective agreements of the metal and electrical industry
