We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager with strong B2B inbound marketing experience and advanced, hands-on HubSpot expertise.

This role requires someone who can confidently own HubSpot, build and optimise lead generation funnels, manage marketing automation, improve campaign reporting, and use data to drive measurable inbound lead generation and pipeline growth.

The role will suit someone who has previously built and delivered B2B inbound marketing campaigns that generate real commercial results. Experience within recruitment, staffing, RPO, talent solutions or professional services would be advantageous, but is not essential.
