- Please note: this position will be based in Barcelona.
This is a key role for an exceptional brand builder with experience creating brands from the ground up - from defining purpose, positioning, and storytelling to leading marketing strategy and go-to-market plans across international markets.
What You’ll Do
- Define the strategic foundations of the brand to build a distinctive and consistent identity
- Lead the annual marketing strategy to drive growth and long-term brand equity
- Develop go-to-market strategies for launches and key brand moments
- Translate consumer insight into compelling brand strategies
- Lead and inspire the marketing team
- Oversee campaigns, content, and brand assets across all touchpoints
- Foster close partnerships across departments, encouraging agile and innovative ways of working.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management
- Proven experience building brands from scratch
- Strong team leadership skills
- Solid experience in go-to-market strategy
- A "doer" attitude: strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
- Self-starter, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Passion in beauty is highly valued.
