If you are looking for a job where you have significant responsibility, this is the one for you. As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in communication between agents, customers and account Manager!
We’re growing our ranks in Hamilton! With our wide variety of contracts, we have a position that will accommodate your needs and help you reach your goals.
Location: Stoney Creek
Schedule: Wednesday to Friday 16:00-00:00 (24 hours - Flexibility in picking up additional shifts an asset)

- Confer with customers or employees via telephone and email programs
- Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities
- Record and maintain data and dispatch information
- Notify staff of road or traffic problems
- Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner
- Work independantly to ensure after-hours support
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a high level communication skills, both written and verbal - Comfortable with telephone communications
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams experience
- Be available to work a flexible schedule
- Be eligible to work in Canada
- Be highly organized and be able to prioritize multiple tasks
