This is a full-time on-site Registered Nurse role located in Ballarat, VIC. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role includes supporting patients' recovery, administering treatments, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and educating patients and their families about care plans and health maintenance.

• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
• Proficient in documenting medical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for effective decision-making in patient care.
• Experience in patient education and health promotion.
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification is preferred.
