About The Role
An exciting opportunity to step up to the next level, as MRI Supervisor for the Ballarat region. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of MRI service, maintaining and developing protocols and staff training. Ideally, you will have unit management experience, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.

Skills Required
- Demonstrated experience in MRI Radiography
- Excellent communication skills, with proven experience in liaising with key stakeholders
- Current licensing and registrations; this includes registration with AHPRA and current Victorian radiation license
- Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent)
- Demonstrated effective planning, organisational and analytical solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people
- Ability to work on flexible work schedules
- Ability to work with trainees in MRI
- Strong attention to detail
