About The Role
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across the Coatesville and occasionally East Coast Bays offices while delivering high-level support to a high-performing residential agent and the broader sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, has exceptional attention to detail, and brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities include:
Personal Assistant support
- Diary & appointment management
- Listing and open home materials
- Liaising with clients & vendors
- Managing databases, EDM’s and social media
- Assisting with events and additional marketing initiatives and more
- Processing listings and additional documentation to support
- Coordinating photography and marketing materials
- Preparing submissions, CMAs, reports, etc
- Updating listings across digital platforms
- Maintaining our CRM
- Supporting deal processes and documentation
- Previous experience in real estate is a bonus
- Strong administration experience and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
- Confident communication with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines whilst remaining calm with a solution-focused approach
