We’re a dynamic technology-driven organization, seeking a highly motivated Office Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position (32 hours per week), with flexible working arrangements involving both work from home and on-site responsibilities.

We Are Interested In The Following Areas Of Expertise

  • Managing and overseeing day-to-day administrative operations across multiple sites and remote environments.
  • Supervising and allocating tasks to administrative and support staff, monitoring performance, and providing training as required.
  • Coordinating communication between sales, procurement, and distribution teams, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
  • Planning and monitoring resource allocation, including IT equipment, site support, and office supplies.
  • Overseeing and maintaining inventory records, including IT equipment stock tracking and reporting.
  • Managing internal documentation, invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaising with external suppliers, service providers, and logistics partners to support order fulfilment and distribution.
  • Supporting directors, senior managers with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Undertaking onboarding tasks and inductions for the new staff
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on purchasing, distribution, and administrative KPIs.
  • Developing, implementing, and improving office systems, policies, and workflows for both virtual and site-based operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and fostering a collaborative, productive work culture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in management or equivalent qualification in business administration/management
  • Demonstrated experience in office management, administration, and staff supervision
  • Strong understanding of business coordination in supply-related or service industries
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, data entry and database management skills
