Early-stage startup, VC-funded, based between Paris (Station F) and NYC. Our founding team combines deep AI infrastructure expertise with a simple insight: the best AI tools right now only work in the cloud. That locks out hospitals, banks, law firms, and anyone who takes data compliance seriously. We're fixing that.

Job Description

Hypermind is an early-stage AI startup based at Station F and part of Future 40. We build around one thesis: the future of AI is local, running on your own hardware, on your own terms. Today that means delivering local AI to private companies and custom made R&D deployments

We’re Looking For a Right Hand To The CEO. This Isn’t An Internship Where You Watch From The Side. It’s The Closest Seat To How a Startup Actually Gets Built. You’ll Work Directly With The CEO On Everything That Crosses His Desk

• Strategy & vision: sharpening positioning, exploring new product directions, sizing markets, mapping where to play
• Growth & GTM: launches, cold outreach, partnerships, distribution channels, ICP work across verticals
• Content & brand: Video, landing pages, launch assets, turning ideas into things the world can see
• Operations: hiring funnels, compliance, legal, finance
• Product input: sitting close enough to the build to push back, suggest, and shape what gets shipped
• Fundraising: building the deck, the data room, the investor pipeline, sitting in on VC calls

You’ll see how a CEO actually spends his time. The calls, the trade-offs, the late pivots, the moments where one decision changes the trajectory.

Preferred Experience

You’re a fast learner with high energy, a can-do mindset, and a real obsession with entrepreneurship, tech, and AI.

You’d rather ship something rough today than something perfect next month. You don’t need to be technical, but you should want to understand what we’re building.

You use AI like a power user. We expect the people who work here to be more productive with AI than without it, and to keep pushing on what these tools can do.

Bonus Points If You

• Have already shipped a side project or built something on your own
• Follow AI closely, wherever your curiosity pulls you
• Have a creative side
• Have any sales, BD, or community-building experience

Preferred schools: HEC Paris, ESCP, ESSEC, CentraleSupélec, Mines Paris, X.

• Salary: between 1200€ and 1500€ / month
