- Experience with Django / FastAPI / distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of scalability, reliability, and system design.
- Experience building systems from 0 to 1
- Strong product thinking with high ownership and execution velocity.
- Ability to attract, mentor, and scale high-performance teams.
- AdTech / MarTech.
- Real-time processing systems.
- AI-native products or agentic systems.
- Go / Rust ecosystems.
- High-scale backend infrastructure.
- Python, Django, FastAPI, AWS, PostgreSQL, and event-driven systems.
