HPC / AI Technical Account Manager - Middle East

This is a full-time, remote role for an HPC/AI Technical Account Manager supporting clients in the Middle East. The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for fostering client relationships, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing projects, and driving sales initiatives. The role requires a strong technical proficiency, as well as the ability to navigate complex customer environments to deliver tailored HPC and AI solutions.

• Proven expertise in Account Management to actively maintain and strengthen client relationships.
• Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Experience in Sales, with a focus on driving customer success and identifying growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability in Project Management to coordinate and execute client-focused solutions effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in working independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with globally dispersed teams.
• Experience in the domains of AI, HPC, or data analytics is an advantage.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
