As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our commercial success, growing our brand presence across top European retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution across in-store and online channels
- Launch and develop new brands into the European retail landscape
- Manage and expand key retailer accounts, with a focus on strong long-term relationships
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and oversee budgets to ensure profitable growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maximise opportunities
- Analyse market and competitor trends to stay ahead of the curve
- Plus 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in FMCG, ideally in beauty or personal care
- Proven track record with large European retailers
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe from our offices near Frankfurt
- Fluent in German & English (C2 bilingual /C1 Advanced or equivalent) with additional European languages a plus
