Purpose of the Role
- To deliver and execute Keelings online, social and digital presence through content creation, content creator management, and community engagement.
- To implement the organic and always-on paid social media strategy as defined by the Senior Brand Manager, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand representation across all online platforms.
- To lead the creation of engaging digital content, producing assets first-hand and managing content creators, influencers, agencies and freelancers to deliver on-brand outputs at scale.
- To manage Keelings’ owned digital channels, including social media, YouTube and the website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and consistently maintained.
- To support the planning and delivery of key brand events and sponsorship partnerships, working closely with content creators to amplify activity and bring the brand to life across digital channels.
Online, Social & Digital Channels
- Support the execution of the organic social media strategy across all Keelings platforms.
- Manage always-on paid social activity, including set-up, optimisation and reporting through social media advertising and management platforms.
- Own the day-to-day running of Keelings social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- Manage social media community management, responding to comments, messages and enquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner, escalating issues where required.
- Assist in paid social ad set up under Senior Brand Manager guidance
- Create high-quality social media assets using tools such as Canva and other creative platforms.
- Produce content first-hand where required, including photography and short-form video.
- Manage relationships with content creators and influencers, including briefing, content approvals, delivery and tracking.
- Work closely with agencies and freelancers to deliver engaging, on-brand content.
- Own and manage the social content calendar, including scheduling, uploading and optimisation.
- Support the management and ongoing maintenance of the Keelings website, including content updates, campaign pages and seasonal changes.
- Ensure website content is accurate, on-brand and aligned with wider marketing activity.
- Manage YouTube content uploads, descriptions, thumbnails and basic performance optimisation.
- Planning and coordination of key events and sponsorships
- Work cross-functionally to coordinate logistics including stock, merchandise, staffing and on-site requirements.
- Support live event delivery and on-the-ground execution where required, including content capture.
- Support influencer partnerships and consumer PR activity, including content creator engagement and product seeding.
- Coordinate consumer-facing PR drops and gifting aligned with campaigns and launches.
- Track and report on organic, paid and creator performance, sharing insights and recommendations with the Senior Brand Manager.
- Work closely with the Marketing Intern, supporting workload delivery and prioritisation across digital and event activity.
- Support the delivery of strong, consistent brand storytelling across digital channels and live brand experiences.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and digital best practice.
- Hands-on lo-fi content creation skills with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally without direct authority.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of how digital and events activity supports brand objectives.
- High attention to detail, professionalism and integrity.
- 2 years’ experience in a social media or digital creation role.
- Experience creating and publishing content across social media platforms.
- Experience using content creation tools such as Canva or equivalent.
- Experience working with external partners such as content creators, influencers, agencies or freelancers.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience supporting events, sponsorships or brand activations.
- Experience managing or supporting influencer and content creator activity.
- Experience within FMCG, retail or food brands.
- Experience in Meta & Tiktok ad manager
- Interest in social media trends & content creators
- A relevant third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Experience in digital & social platforms.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
