Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive located in Great Neck, NY, with the flexibility of working remotely on occasion. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing proposals and insurance policies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, resolving client issues, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and client relationship skills in the insurance or related industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple accounts
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in preparing and reviewing insurance policies and proposals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance, business, or a related field
