  • Registration flow and attendee experience
  • Partner closely with sales teams to maximize booth traffic, engagement, and lead capture

Roadshows & Field Events

  • Plan and execute monthly roadshows across the U.S., including logistics, travel coordination, and local execution
  • Manage event setup, team coordination, and operational flow for each market
  • Adapt event strategy based on audience, geography, and business objectives

Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, training, and marketing teams to align on event goals and execution
  • Provide clear pre-event briefings and ensure all stakeholders are prepared and aligned
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a complex, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and follow-through across all event components

Compliance & Technical Coordination

  • Support execution of live demonstrations and technical event components, ensuring adherence to required processes and compliance standards
  • Work within regulated environments, ensuring all event activities meet internal and external requirements

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement, lead generation, and ROI
  • Develop scalable processes for post-event follow-up and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, trade show management, and conference execution, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Proven experience managing high-volume, complex event portfolios from planning through execution
  • Strong ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency and accountability
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute flawlessly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel approximately once per month for roadshows, with additional travel for trade shows and major events
  • Flexibility to travel during the week (about once/month)
  • Ability to work hybrid (3 days onsite)
