Responsibilities

• Participate in projects and continuous improvement processes within Supply Chain Management to prepare the supply chain for current and future requirements.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of excellence processes, best practices, and standards for Supply Chain.
• Support all functional departments in implementing changes and executing projects.
• Participation in setting and implementing standards for Supply Chain Management.
• Supports system development and implementations for all SCM relevant IT solutions.
• Implements and fosters excellence processes (e.g. Reman, core handling, service, ...) within SCM.
• Supports continuous improvement process and manages the benefit database, ensures definition and exchange of best practices.
• Defines and implements KPI´s and OPI´s.
• Provides a demand coordination structure.
• Develops supply chain solutions to meet customer demands and/or legal affairs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Supply Chain Junior Consultant with a focus on Remanufacturing and Manufacturing related processes, or in a similar role.
• Experience in global material flow management, associated processes and systems (rollout).
• SAP EWM - how it works, processes, designing some processes are a must (don't need to know specifically how to develop/configure). Excel and others.
• Project management experience.
• Change management experience.
• Financial acumen.

Soft Skills

• Ability to provide suggestions.
• Negotiation skills.
• Creativity and progressive mindset.

Languages

• Fluency in English (mandatory)
