Our client is a well-established boutique global wealth management firm, part of a group of affiliate companies each focused on a key sector. Combining expertise in asset management, technology, capital markets, commodities, and infrastructure, they are building a next-generation platform business.

With offices in London, Dubai, Zurich, Malta, Ireland, and Hong Kong, they are licensed and regulated across multiple jurisdictions. They provide innovative, flexible, and transparent cross-border solutions, including absolute return, multi-asset, and institutional funds with both offshore and UCITS 5 fund structures.

They hold licenses in the UK, EU, UAE (SCA), and in 2024, Australia.

The Candidate They Seek

They are seeking highly skilled Level 4 qualified advisers with:

  • Ambition and drive for success
  • Passion for serving clients across borders
  • Minimum Level 4 UK qualification (Level 3 considered if based in the UAE)
  • At least £10m clean AUM (not tied in contracted regular savings products)
  • Proven track record of building a client bank

Candidates from the UK, Europe, or UAE are welcome. Flexibility is key, as the role is not tied to a specific office. Advisers with existing UK or UAE client bases can transition seamlessly while maintaining international client relationships.

Please note: Applicants should have at least three (3) years’ client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory, with recognised investment qualifications (e.g., CISI, CII or equivalent). This is a performance-driven, client-facing role focused on relationship development and growth.
