Your Role:
As a Senior Client Account Executive, you will manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring strong service delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with clients’ business and communication objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, working closely with strategy, creative, digital, and production partners to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, platforms, and initiatives across both offline and digital channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Managing meetings and liaising with clients to understand business objectives, communication needs, and digital requirements
- Translating client briefs into clear, actionable project scopes, timelines, and deliverables for internal teams
- Maintaining quality control of all client-facing deliverables across branding, digital, content, and campaign outputs
- Managing client briefs, project documentation, and approvals using project management and collaboration tools
- Monitoring and facilitating all stages of projects, from planning and production to launch and optimisation, to ensure smooth execution
- Preparing status updates, reports and presentations to ensure clear, consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Tracking project budgets, scopes and timelines, and flagging risks or changes early to maintain delivery efficiency
- Supporting basic performance tracking and reporting for digital campaigns, websites, and content initiatives (e.g. analytics, engagement and conversions)
- Handling administrative tasks that keep accounts, documentation and workflows organised and up-to-date
- Contributing creative and strategic ideas for brands, campaigns, content, and digital experiences, and helping clients understand the value of creativity and innovation
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business through value-added ideas, optimisations, and recommendations
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in a creative, branding, digital, or marketing agency environment
- Strong project coordination and account management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
- A solid understanding of marketing, branding, and digital communication principles across channels such as websites, social media, content, and campaigns
- Comfort working with digital tools and platforms such as CMSes, social media platforms, analytics dashboards, and project management systems
- Basic proficiency in data and performance reporting, with the ability to interpret results and highlight insights for clients and internal teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence communicating with clients and cross-functional teams
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, project management platforms, analytics tools, and social media platforms
- A strong instinct for understanding client needs, dissecting briefs, and ensuring deliverables are on-strategy and on-point
- Ability to adapt and work flexibly in a fast-paced agency environment
- A proactive, self-motivated team player with a solutions-oriented and curious mindset
