Influencer Marketing Manager

The main goal of this role is to make influencer marketing responsible for at least 15% of new user acquisition into the GoMining app.
This role combines strategy, partnerships, analytics, and performance marketing.
Responsibilities

- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and creators
- Manage channel budgets and monitor unit economics
- Launch and optimize campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, podcasts, and other platforms
- Test hypotheses related to formats, messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and conversion flows
- Work closely with performance marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Build reporting and analytics around CAC, LTV, attribution, conversion rates, and creator performance
- Scale successful partnerships and optimize underperforming campaigns
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnerships
- Experience working with impact.com or similar influencer / affiliate platforms
- Strong understanding of crypto, Web3, or DeFi ecosystems
- Strong understanding of attribution and analytics tools:
- AppsFlyer
- GA4
- Hotjar
- One-links / tracking systems
- Experience working with a data-driven approach and performance metrics
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- English C1+ is required
- Additional languages are a plus
- Existing network of crypto / fintech influencers and creators
- Experience scaling influencer channels globally
- Experience working with app-based or subscription products
- Experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition
