We’re hiring: Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager (Cosmetics & Skincare)

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall brand strategy and business development for owned cosmetic brands to ensure sustainable growth and strong market positioning in Thailand.
  • Develop annual business plan, sales target, and commercialization roadmap covering product assortment, pricing strategy, online distribution, and future offline expansion.
  • Manage finish goods business model including sourcing coordination, product selection, pricing structure, and margin control.
  • Drive online-first business strategy covering E-Commerce, Marketplace, Social Commerce, and Digital channels to build brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Monitor brand-level P&L including revenue, gross margin, inventory value, marketing spending, and operating cost.
  • Analyze sales performance, sell-through, inventory turnover, and market trends to support strategic decision making.
  • Lead product launch planning, promotion calendar, and campaign execution in collaboration with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Merchandise teams.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, or partners to ensure product readiness, quality, and delivery timeline.
  • Ensure product availability and correct inventory level by working closely with Merchandise and Supply Chain.
  • Develop business readiness for offline expansion including department store, specialty retail, and standalone store once brand performance becomes stable.
  • Identify business growth opportunities including new product categories, new channels, and partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare business performance reports, sales analysis, and strategic recommendations for Brand Director and management.
  • Act as key contact point between suppliers, internal teams, and commercial partners.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in brand management, product management, or commercial roles within cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods business.
  • Experience managing owned brands or developing new brands is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with OEM / supplier / manufacturer / partner production is an advantage.
  • Experience in E-Commerce, online marketplace, or digital-driven business is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product assortment planning, pricing strategy, margin structure, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret sales data, financial results, and market trends.
  • Experience managing brand P&L or business performance is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Strategic mindset, commercial thinking, and strong execution capability.
