The Role

Qolo is seeking a creative and operational Marketing Manager to join their lean, high-performing team. This role offers significant creative freedom, focusing on generating original content ideas, executing campaigns, and optimizing Qolo's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Distribution: Produce content across various formats (social copy, ad copy, landing pages, blogs) and strategize on extending the life of existing content.
  • Campaign and Media Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including coordinating with partners, managing timelines, and producing supporting assets.
  • Digital Channels: Own Qolo's social media presence, generating ideas and content tailored to each platform. Partner with agencies on landing page launches, SEO initiatives, and website optimization.
  • Events and Sponsorships: Lead marketing efforts for events and sponsorships, including pre-event campaign development, promotional content creation, and post-event content repurposing.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience in content, campaigns, and digital channels.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling copy for diverse audiences.
  • Creative and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for content production and scaling.
  • Experience managing vendors, agencies, and media partners.
  • Self-directed and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience in Fintech, payments, or financial services is a plus.
