We are hiring for an Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing SaaS organization focused on helping companies modernize and streamline the way they manage contracts and business agreements through AI-powered technology.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into or grow within tech sales. The SDR will play a key role in generating pipeline for the Account Executive team by identifying prospective customers, reaching out to decision makers, and scheduling introductory meetings with organizations that could benefit from the platform.


The ideal candidate is ambitious, motivated, and excited about building a career in SaaS sales. You’ll work with a large territory of target accounts and use a combination of cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to engage potential buyers and uncover business needs.

This organization provides extensive onboarding and ongoing training, along with access to a modern sales tech stack including tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and other market intelligence platforms designed to help SDRs work efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect into target accounts and identify key decision makers
  • Schedule introductory meetings for the sales team
  • Learn and communicate the value of the company’s software solution
  • Understand customer pain points and position solutions accordingly
  • Use cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates within CRM tools


Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • Comfortable speaking with prospective customers
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Previous cold calling or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:


  • Base Salary: approximately $40K–$52K
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): approximately $80K–$95K
