MPDV USA Inc is seeking an Account Manager - Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with a focus on the North American continent, based in the Greater Chicago Area. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our cutting-edge MES solutions across North America. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying their needs, and positioning our products to address those needs effectively.
Responsibilities - What you will do:
•Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing companies.
•Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
•Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and tailor solutions that leverage our MES software and services.
•Manage Sales Cycle: Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
•Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our MES solutions and their applications in various manufacturing environments.
•Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
•Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (pre-sales, product development, etc.) to ensure successful customer onboarding and implementation.
Qualifications – What you will bring:
•Proven Success: 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on manufacturing solutions. Experience with MES software is highly desirable.
•Technical Acumen: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions.
•Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
•Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
•Solution-Oriented: A consultative approach to selling, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
•Results-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
•US Citizen or Green card holder
•Nice to have: second language like Spanish, German, French or Portuguese

Disclaimer: The salary range for this position is $85,000- $90,000 per year + uncapped commission.
