Project / Program Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager I in Seattle, WA. Summary: This Project/Program Manager role will build the infrastructure and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to implement the Academic Research Initiatives (ARI) research impact measurement system. ARI has developed a new methodology for categorizing research impact. This project role will partner across the ARI team to build the system and SOPs for enabling the ARI team to capture and track impact going forward. The project will involve building the system and testing across the 2025 portfolio of projects as the first step to show the ROI on our investments. The role covers three interconnected areas:

• Research Impact Measurement; Roll out the three-layer classification model (Innovation Value, Impact Tier, Artifacts) to 100% of active projects; Set up milestone-based data capture and keep quality high
• Salesforce Infrastructure: Work with developers to build the custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation that make longitudinal tracking and portfolio analytics possible; Capture and test across the full 2025 portfolio
• Data Readiness for Analytics: Design data models that support real-time portfolio dashboards and self-service reporting - no manual data wrangling; This includes integrations with ASHub, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field would be nice to have
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analytics, program/product management preferred
• Excel with Pivot tables experience required
• Data analytics experience required; Organizing, cleaning data and telling data stories
• Business analyst/PM experience
• Salesforce or CRM management experience nice to have

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
