Position Title: Operations Analyst, Supply Chain

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Operations Analyst, Supply chain opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for monitoring supply chain performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Support core supply chain operation workflows across supplier management, procurement, and logistics.
• Draft presentations and status updates for leadership.
• Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring friction points and assist with implementing improved processes, procedures, and tools.
• Support day to day coordination of meetings and status updates.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or 5+ years equivalent experience with proven skills.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting using relevant tools and techniques.
• Experience with PowerBI, SQL, and Python required.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Primavera P6, and Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA desired.
• Ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data to support decision-making.
• Highly organized and process-minded with aspiration for excellence
• Excellent communication and management/organization skills.
• Ability to handle projects that include many competing objectives and constraints, with ability to resolve conflicts between priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Candidate must be a self-starter and possess ability to coordinate and lead a cross-functional effort with minimal direction.
• The service provider will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect, and a desire to foster teamwork.
• Travel Required: 0-10%.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract
• Pay Rate Range: $52-$85/hr (Pay rates are approved based on candidate location, education and experience)
• Location: Bellevue, WA OR 100% REMOTE
• Export control regulations require candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Legal Permanent Resident, or of a protected person status
