Key Account Manager

We're looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to build and nurture strategic relationships with our key clients. You'll be the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, owning the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for top-tier clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue expansion
- Collaborate with Business, Pre-sales and After-sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Track and report on account retention and upsell performance
- Serve as the voice of the clients internally, advocating for client needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Customer-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
