WORK SCHEDULE
- Monday – Friday; 8:00AM – 12 Noon or 12 Noon – 4PM (PST)
- Day Shift
- 100% remote opportunity
The ITS Project Management Office (PMO) Serves To Provide a Structured Foundation To Effectively And Efficiently Manage Incoming And Active Projects Within Our Portfolio Through Reusable Standards And Streamlined Processes. Projects Include But Are Not Limited To
- Epic practice management, revenue cycle, and other business applications
- Ancillary and clinical support systems
- Analytics solution and platform for regulatory, quality, clinical, and business reporting
- Web solution for critical initiatives and the organization's digital communications
- Inventorying the non-PMO managed projects
- Providing reporting and status updates on non-PMO managed projects
- Help define a process to get visibility into non-PMO managed projects
- Determine a long-term solution for non-PMO managed projects that will provide the visibility and support these projects need
- Provide PM training and support to non-PMO Project Managers
- Other Duties required by PMO
- Must be a current student at the University of Washington; preferably focused on a degree in Business Administration or other related field.
- Experience in project coordination or project management
- Familiarity with MS Planner
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take direction while also working with minimal supervision
- A strong desire to learn
Pay Range Maximum
$21.30 hourly
