Founding Sales Executive

UHNW Residential & Lifestyle Sales

This role is focused on identifying, cultivating, and closing relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth and High-Net-Worth individuals interested in becoming early residents, supporters, and ambassadors of PEGASUS. The ideal candidate is highly connected, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating within luxury, private-client, family office, yachting, luxury real estate, private aviation, wellness, or hospitality circles.

Responsibilities include generating qualified buyer leads, nurturing long-term relationships, presenting the PEGASUS vision, coordinating private introductions and events, and guiding buyers through the reservation and purchase process. This role also includes expanding the sales network by introducing and recruiting additional qualified connectors, advisors, agents, and referral partners.

This is a flexible, high-autonomy role that may be part-time or full-time depending on the individual’s network and availability.

Compensation: High sales commission-based structure only.


Sales Manager

Global Luxury Residential Sales Network Development

This role combines direct luxury sales activity with the recruitment, coordination, and support of an international network of sales partners, ambassadors, and referral agents. The Sales Manager helps expand PEGASUS’s global reach among UHNW and HNW communities while also personally cultivating and closing qualified buyers.

Responsibilities include developing strategic relationships, identifying high-quality sales collaborators, supporting recruitment initiatives, helping onboard and guide sales partners, and assisting with private presentations, events, and buyer relationship management. The role also involves helping maintain the quality and alignment of the PEGASUS community by curating relationships that fit the project’s vision, culture, and values.

Ideal candidates have experience in luxury sales, private client services, luxury real estate, yachting, hospitality, wealth networks, or relationship-driven business development.

This role may be performed on a flexible or part-time basis.

Compensation: High sales commission-based structure only.


Marketing Manager

Luxury Brand Partnerships & Lead Generation

The Marketing Manager supports the growth and visibility of PEGASUS through strategic marketing, partnerships, lead generation initiatives, events, social media coordination, PR support, and relationship-based outreach. This role focuses on attracting aligned UHNW and HNW audiences while helping communicate the vision, lifestyle, and transformative nature of PEGASUS to the world.

Responsibilities may include coordinating campaigns, supporting media and influencer relationships, helping organize private events and presentations, identifying strategic partnerships, overseeing digital outreach initiatives, and assisting with lead nurturing and brand expansion.

Ideal candidates have backgrounds in luxury branding, experiential marketing, hospitality, wellness, luxury real estate, yachting, private aviation, or high-end lifestyle marketing.

Flexible and part-time arrangements are welcome.

Compensation: High sales commission-based structure only.


Cruise & Hospitality Executive
