Position Summary

Talent Acquisition is a key function within our HR department, managing employee experience from full cycle recruitment, strategic candidate sourcing and screening, and the hiring process of qualified talent. This role also assumes responsibility for critical, timely, and accurate communications with employees related to various matters, ensuring overall first-level HR support to the organization.

Essential Functions


Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities
  • Develop and post engaging job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative recruiting methods
  • Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-growth and high-volume positions
  • Develop proactive recruiting strategies to attract top-performing talent
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and community recruiting initiatives as needed
  • Create and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs

Hiring & Selection

  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to leadership
  • Assist with offer preparation, compensation discussions, and pre-employment processes
  • Support background checks, onboarding coordination, and new hire documentation

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring trends
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Assist in improving recruiting processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategies

Employer Branding

  • Promote Clarity’s culture, mission, and values throughout the recruitment process
  • Help create a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Support social media recruiting initiatives and employer branding efforts



Required Competencies


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting
  • LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing experience preferred


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or related certification preferred


Position/Work Environment

The position is full time in office. Business hours are generally Monday through Friday

This position does not currently require travel.
