What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end commercial relationships with Tier 1 hyperscaler accounts — from design win pursuit through long-term revenue growth and renewal
  • Serve as the primary technical and strategic interface between customers and internal engineering, operations, and product teams; translate customer requirements directly into roadmap decisions
  • Lead quarterly business reviews; align on multi-year customer roadmaps, vendor selection processes, and product qualification timelines
  • Develop and execute account strategies in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, identifying expansion opportunities across high-power data center product lines
  • Travel to customer sites, R&D centers, and manufacturing facilities — domestically and internationally — to accelerate decision cycles and deepen executive relationships
  • Collaborate across global time zones, including coordination with Asia-based engineering and operations teams, to move fast on customer needs


What We're Looking For

Required

  • 5–15 years in technical sales, account management, FAE, or customer program management within data center hardware, AI server, power electronics, or adjacent domains
  • Technical fluency in power supply systems, server hardware, or data center architecture — able to hold architecture-level conversations with engineering and procurement audiences
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting Tier 1 hyperscaler accounts (Google, Meta, Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships and influencing roadmap decisions, vendor selection processes, and multi-stakeholder hierarchies

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
  • Familiarity with connector/module solutions, BBU systems, or liquid cooling platforms
