Senior Account Manager

As part of their continued growth, we are seeking an Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key NHS customer relationships across the UK. This is a strategic, customer-centric role focused entirely on nurturing, growing, and maximising value within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term partnerships with NHS stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewal activity across the full product and service portfolio.
• Work closely with clinical and procurement teams to understand evolving needs and align solutions accordingly.
• Ensure customers are achieving maximum benefit and ROI from their current technology investments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, technical, commercial) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide insight and feedback from customers to shape ongoing product and service development.

• Experienced account manager with a proven track record of managing complex customer relationships within healthcare.
• Strong understanding of the NHS landscape, procurement processes, and key decision-making pathways.
• Consultative, relationship-driven approach with the ability to identify opportunities and add value.
• Commercially astute with a focus on account growth rather than new business.
