Overview
A national, multi-location consumer organization is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to act as the connective hub between regional sales teams and centralized marketing functions. This role plays a critical part in translating local market realities into scalable, nationally executed marketing strategies that support revenue growth and regional performance goals.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, analytical, and comfortable operating at the intersection of field sales, operations, and enterprise-level marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of connection between regional leadership and centralized marketing teams
- Translate regional business priorities, market conditions, and sales objectives into actionable marketing inputs
- Support the rollout and optimization of regional and community-level campaigns across centrally managed marketing channels
- Partner closely with regional sales and operations leaders to understand performance drivers, challenges, and opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, inventory dynamics, and customer behavior to inform marketing recommendations
- Collaborate with national channel specialists (paid media, CRM/lifecycle, organic/social, content, etc.) to tailor campaigns for regional needs
- Manage inbound marketing requests from regional teams, including prioritization, alignment, and execution timing
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, governance standards, and compliance requirements across all regional marketing initiatives
- Contribute to annual, quarterly, and localized planning efforts by aligning field needs with enterprise strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, workflows, and execution efficiency between regional and centralized teams
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, integrated marketing, regional marketing strategy, or similar environments
- Demonstrated experience working within a multi-channel, centrally governed marketing model
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect business goals to measurable marketing initiatives
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior-level sales and marketing stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new tools and systems
Preferred
- Experience supporting multi-location, consumer-facing businesses
- Exposure to marketing technology platforms (CRM, paid media tools, analytics dashboards, campaign management systems)
- Background aligning marketing strategy with sales operations and revenue forecasting
