About The Role
We are looking for a talented IT Operations Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT Operations, ensuring all systems, and services function efficiently to support the company’s business objectives.
- Ensure service continuity with all members (Monitoring Section).
- Ensure full integrity for all operational duties (Operation Section).
- Payment & Transaction Processing.
- Closing and processing all payment transactions daily, starting at 12:30 AM.
- Collecting and processing all Visa (Credit/Electron) and Mastercard incoming files.
- Managing daily Cortex POS, ATM, and other system inserts.
- Preparing and dispatching outgoing Visa and Mastercard files to the respective schemes.
- Processing debit files, card files, and bank-specific payments.
- Handling revolving credit card processing.
- Reporting & Periodic Tasks.
- Generating daily sensitive reports for all banks.
- Generating weekly files and reports as required.
- Managing monthly cycle files for relevant banks.
- Processing monthly (or as needed) E-FILES for Zain, Umniah, and Orange.
- System Monitoring & Support:
- Monitoring all JONET member interfaces and transactions to ensure stability.
- Ensuring all system levels operate smoothly and without interruption.
- Following up on any detected issues regarding interfaces or transaction flows.
- Capturing and analyzing system logs when technical issues arise.
- Opening and updating support tickets via the Helix system.
- Monitoring ATM driving services to ensure system stability and performance.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related field.
- Experience: (1-2) years of experience.
- Languages: Arabic & English - Fluent.
- Computer Skills: Excellent.
