Overview
The Talent Acquisition Head is responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines’ employer brand, positioning the organization as an employer of choice across industries.
This role drives the country’s recruitment strategy and leads the Talent Acquisition team in attracting, sourcing, assessing, selecting, and onboarding top talent. It ensures that all business units and functions are equipped with the right people in the right roles, aligned with the organization’s business goals, talent strategy, and policies.
Responsibilities
Integrated Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and meet current and future business needs
- Align employer branding with overall talent acquisition efforts
Workforce Planning and Hiring Strategy
- Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to analyze talent plans and define hiring requirements
- Build integrated TA strategies covering internal mobility, external sourcing, and outsourcing
Stakeholder Management and Governance
- Engage business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs, and external partners in execution
- Establish clear roles, accountability, and performance metrics
Quality of Hire and Talent Pipeline Management
- Ensure strong person-to-position match through consistent hiring standards
- Identify and optimize sourcing channels to strengthen talent pipelines
Hiring Delivery and Operational Efficiency
- Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed turnaround times (TAT)
- Manage SLAs, conduct root cause analysis, and address gaps in delivery
Recruiter Productivity and Continuous Improvement
- Improve recruiter productivity through process enhancements and better resource management
- Drive continuous improvement in speed, efficiency, and overall TA performance
Innovation, Compliance, and Strategic Hiring
- Implement innovative programs, tools, and sourcing strategies across TA and employer branding
- Ensure strong governance through policies, compliance, and audits
- Lead strategic hiring for critical and leadership roles, managing key stakeholders
Requirements
We seek preferably a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Behavioural Sciences, Management, or any related courses with further studies being a plus, but is not required, having at least 10-15 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, has 5-6 years of experience in workforce planning, and has solid background in executive search, employer branding, campus management, recruitment process, technology innovation (strong network with FMCG talents is a plus), application tracking system (ATS) management, HR information system integration, recruitment policies and procedure who possesses executive presence, is confident and has strong communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and people management skills.
