Founding Engineer

***Candidates must be based in New York City, as this position requires working onsite full-time, 5 days per week.***

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to help build and scale a product from the ground up. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and play a foundational role in shaping the product, technical direction, and engineering culture.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys operating with a high degree of ownership, moving quickly, and working closely with users to solve meaningful problems. You’ll have the chance to make an outsized impact across both the product experience and the underlying systems that support it.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and ship full-stack product features used by customers every day
• Collaborate closely with users to understand workflows, identify friction points, and rapidly iterate on solutions
• Design and develop internal tools, infrastructure, and systems that improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Help shape technical architecture and engineering best practices as the product evolves
• Contribute to product thinking, prioritization, and overall company direction in a highly collaborative environment
• Work across a broad range of challenges, from frontend UX to backend systems and automation

• Experience building and shipping production-quality software

• Strong product instincts and a bias toward execution
