Position Overview

We’re looking for a results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing sales team in Hollywood, Florida. You’ll own a full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through close, helping ABA therapy companies across the country discover, evaluate, and adopt the ATrack platform.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. This role is ideal for someone with prior SaaS sales experience who is ready to take ownership of pipeline generation, lead development, and field engagement. The role includes both remote outreach and travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a full sales cycle from prospecting through signed contract, including outbound outreach, discovery, product demos, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of ABA therapy companies through a mix of outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn) and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Conduct deep discovery conversations to understand prospects’ clinical workflows, billing and payroll pain points, and operational goals.
  • Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations of the ATrack platform (ATP, AMP, APVA) to operations leaders, BCBAs, and owners.
  • Develop and present proposals and ROI analyses that tie ATrack’s capabilities directly to each prospect’s business challenges.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, accurate pipeline stages, activity logs, and forecast data.
  • Partner with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong early client experiences.
  • Contribute competitive intelligence and prospect feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly quota for new ARR.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, SDR, or business development roles
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience or interest in healthcare, ABA, or behavioral health technology is a plus
