HOA Account Manager

📍 Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET)

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Management Support: Work closely with the HOA team, gaining hands-on experience in property operations and client relations.
  • Client & Board Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for Board members, owners, tenants, vendors, and agents. Exceptional written and spoken communication is essential.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of your assigned portfolio, including handling maintenance requests, coordinating with contractors, and supporting Senior Account Managers with correspondence, meetings, and budgeting tasks.


Requirements

  • Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken) – essential for daily communication.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable computer or laptop with a functional camera for video meetings.
  • A stable, high-speed internet connection is required.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and clear, effective communication skills.

(Real estate experience is not required)

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-disciplined.
  • Flexible, coachable, and eager to learn.
  • CRM or Salesforce experience is a plus.
