🌟 About the Role

As an Account Manager (for Night Shift) on charge of the customer Success at Simpro Group, you will play a critical role in driving customer retention, relationship growth, and overall client success.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, acting as a trusted advisor while helping clients maximize the value of Simpro’s solutions. This position is ideal for commercially minded professionals who enjoy customer engagement, portfolio growth, and building long-term strategic partnerships.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

🤝 Account Health & Relationship Management:

Proactively manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to foster long-term, successful partnerships. You will serve as the primary point of contact and customer advocate within Simpro.

📈 Identify and Close Expansion Opportunities:

Develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses and goals to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. You will be responsible for managing the entire expansion sales cycle for your accounts from identification, through progression, and close in order to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly expansion / renewal targets

🚀 Customer Success & Product Adoption

• Guide customers throughout their journey with Simpro Group solutions

• Help clients maximize software adoption and product utilization

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

• Promote awareness of platform capabilities, resources, and best practices

🧠 Strategic Advisory & Communication

• Explain technical concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner

• Act as a strategic advisor focused on measurable business outcomes

• Deliver proactive recommendations that improve customer performance and engagement

🛠️ Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams

• Ensure customer needs, feedback, and challenges are addressed effectively

• Support internal alignment to deliver seamless customer experiences

✅ Requirements

📌 3+years of Experience in B2B Account Management roles, Customer Success role or other Sales related client-facing roles preferably within a SaaS company/Industry

📊 Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to revenue expansion

📁 Experience managing large customer portfolios with structured engagement cadences

🤝 Advanced fluent English Level and solid communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

💻 Tech-savvy with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively

⚡ Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

🎯 Customer-first mindset with passion for delivering measurable value and long-term success

🌍 Ability to work collaboratively within global and cross-functional teams

🕔 Commited to work on Night Shifts with our customers through dynamic rotating schedules between 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
