Wooltari is looking for a talented Marketing Professional to lead the globalization of K-Food. We are seeking a senior-level leader who can drive brand growth through comprehensive e-commerce strategies and effective team management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
• Sales & KPI Management: Oversee revenue targets and lead performance-driven online promotions and sales events.
• Performance Marketing: Direct paid media operations (Meta, Google, etc.) and optimize ROAS through advanced data analysis.
• Content Marketing: Supervise channel-specific content strategies and manage viral marketing campaigns.
• E-commerce Operations: Optimize and manage the D2C storefront based on the Shopify platform.
• Team Leadership: Manage marketing team performance, foster talent development, and lead cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing and sales.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and managing the Shopify platform.
• Languages: Native or professional fluency in both Korean and English (Required).
• Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making abilities combined with a keen sense for creative content.
• Leadership: Proven ability to set clear goals, motivate team members, and lead with agility.

• Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Weee! or TikTok Shop operations and marketing.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Food Industry (Food distribution, meal kits, etc.).
• Growth Mindset: A proactive achiever who thrives in the fast-paced and ever-changing e-commerce landscape.
