Import Coordinator

Brief Description

Managing a series of tasks which aim to achieve and maintain an efficient level of processing for the Group’s merchanise including arrival, delivery and costing.

Core Responsibilities

• Management of purchases and related tasks via ERP
• Management of all custom related documentation for purchases made
• Updating warehouses for all expected imports
• Communication with suppliers abroad
• Collaboration with the Group’s retail departments and respective warehouses

Position Requirements

• Tertiary degree in Business Administration
• Professional experience in a related position will be appreciated
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly excel
• Knowledgge of ERP (entersoft / Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Knowledge of the English language in both writing and verbal
• Effective communication skills
• Team spirit
