- As an Account Manager I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth.
- You will report directly to our sales leadership and you’ll work out of our Korea location on a hybrid work schedule.
- In this role, you will impact the company by strengthening customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth within your assigned accounts.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in account management or sales, with a focus on customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of sales processes and ability to identify customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- 2 years of experience in account management or sales roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
