Account Manager (E-Commerce)

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving campaign execution across multiple platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The position also plays a key role in analyzing performance data, generating insights, and supporting business planning to optimize growth for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and brand partners to execute e-commerce campaigns and store activities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including graphic briefing, banner uploads, and campaign submissions across platforms
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and funnel metrics
- Prepare joint business plans (JBP) and support or lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings with clients
- Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance and strategy
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all campaign-related activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, content, and operations to deliver integrated solutions
- Participate in or lead cross-functional and ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1–6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, startups, FMCG, retail, or consulting
- Experience working with marketplaces or brand-side e-commerce operations is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail and execution excellence
- Good English communication skills (reading and writing)
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
